Materials That Work When You Need Them
Real documents, actual frameworks, and tested approaches that financial professionals use in Taiwan's market. Not theory books—just stuff you can actually put to work tomorrow morning.
What You're Actually Getting
We spent 2024 pulling together every spreadsheet, checklist, and template we've used with clients over the past eight years. Some are simple. Some took months to build. All of them have been through enough real situations that we trust them.
Analysis Templates
Seven spreadsheet models we use for stability assessments. They handle the math so you can focus on what the numbers mean. Built for Taiwan's reporting requirements and tax structures.
Process Guides
Step-by-step walkthroughs for common situations—quarterly reviews, audit prep, scenario planning. Written by people who've done this work, not written by people who teach it.
Case Studies
Twenty-three real engagements from 2023-2024. Names changed, numbers adjusted, but the problems and solutions are exactly what happened. Good for reference when you hit something similar.
Reference Frameworks
Four main frameworks for thinking through stability questions. They're not rigid systems—more like structured ways to make sure you're not missing something obvious.
Quarterly Updates
New materials added every three months based on what we're seeing in client work. You get access to everything—past, present, and whatever we add through 2026.
Support Access
Direct line to our team when something in the materials doesn't make sense or your situation is different. Usually respond within a business day, sometimes faster if we're not buried.
Who Builds These Materials
Two people handle most of the development work. They've been doing financial stability analysis in Taiwan since 2014, working with everything from family businesses to mid-sized manufacturers.
Kipling Thorsen
Started in corporate finance at a Taipei manufacturing firm, moved to consulting in 2017. Builds most of our spreadsheet models and handles the technical side of analysis frameworks. Has that annoying attention to detail that makes templates actually work in practice.
Aldous Reinhardt
Writes most of the case studies and process guides. Worked at two different accounting firms before switching to stability analysis. Good at translating messy client situations into clear documentation that's useful for other people facing similar problems.
Built for Real Use, Not Just Reading
Most educational materials sit on a shelf. Ours get opened when someone's actually trying to solve a problem at 3pm on a Wednesday.
We test everything with at least three clients before including it. If something doesn't hold up in actual work, it doesn't make it into the collection.
